We collect as little as a journal needs to publish, reply and keep the lights on. This page is written for Australian readers under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Who we are
Eshu Journal publishes eshu.com.au from Melbourne. Enquiries: contact the desk or support@worldwidebacklinks.com.
What we collect
- Name, email and message text when you use the contact or write-for-us forms.
- Technical logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL) that the host keeps to run the site and investigate abuse.
- Optional analytics cookies if a future deploy turns them on. The current site does not drop advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer you, consider a pitch, publish a correction, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties. Form mail is delivered to support@worldwidebacklinks.com. We do not sell lists.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for up to two years unless a legal hold applies. Server logs follow the host's retention window, typically thirty to ninety days.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, and you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if we cannot sort it out. Use the contact form.
